If Refundid has registered the return as delivered at your warehouse/office but you cannot locate the parcel you are not required to approve the return.
There are several reasons this may occur:
- delivered to wrong address
- delivered and misplaced in your warehouse/office
- delivered and mistakenly double refunded
Please look into the tracking number attached to the parcel. Depending on the reason you cannot locate the parcel you can elect to approve or reject the return. You will still be required to close the refund within 7 days of Refundid registering the return as delivered, else it may be auto-approve.
