Refundid allows you 7 days from the date of delivery to your store or warehouse to approve or reject a return request. You can easily track the remaining days to make your decision for each return on your dashboard at any time.
You will be notified in the merchant dashboard and via email about any orders that have not been accepted or rejected within 7 days of delivery. These will be pushed to the top of your merchant portal and highlighted in red. To delegate which email address will receive this communication, please reach out directly to your account manager.
Orders that have not been accepted or rejected within the 7-day timeframe may be auto-approved.
